Gail Lynn is a renowned visionary, inventor and pioneer in the realm of frequency healing, celebrated for her ground-breaking creation, the Harmonic Egg®. She went on to also create the LiFTTM. These innovative sound and light frequency chambers, designed with the aim of fostering holistic healing and wellness, stands as a testament to Gail’s visionary approach to promoting mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. She is also the author of ‘Unlocking the Ancient Secrets to Healing: Why science is looking to the past for the future of medicine’.
Gail’s journey towards becoming a pioneer in the realm of frequency healing and energy medicine was born out of personal adversity. In 2007, at the age of 37, Gail faced a life-altering diagnosis of severe cardiovascular stress, a condition wrought by the relentless stress of two challenging relationships and three fiercely competitive careers in the automotive, telecommunications, and film industries. This critical turning point spurred her to explore alternative paths to restore her health.
In 2010 Gail opened her first light and sound therapy center in Denver, Colorado using the older technology she had first experienced. Immersing herself in the realm of energy medicine, Gail experienced a profound shift in her well-being through a series of whole-body light and sound treatments. Determined to unlock the ancient wisdom and modern science underpinning these therapies. Gail saw numerous clients manifesting their dreams after sessions. She also saw an increase in intuitive abilities in herself and her clients. After so many successful stories, it was no longer a coincidence. Gail experienced clients and herself being more PEACEFUL, more JOYFUL, more LOVING and watched fear diminish.
Gail’s pursuit of knowledge culminated in the creation of the Harmonic Egg®, an immersive healing chamber that integrates cutting-edge light and sound technologies with the principles of sacred geometry and Tesla mathematics. She enlisted the expertise of professional musicians to create some proprietary consciously created music specifically designed to utilize the acoustics of the egg shape to help the body heal itself. In 2020 she was approved for a patent for her invention, the Harmonic Egg®, just 4 years after applying. This innovative approach has propelled frequency healing to unprecedented levels, offering a life-changing solution for individuals seeking to restore balance and vitality.

John Varsames
Director of Operations
John Varsames has built a distinguished 30-year career in the natural foods and grocery industry, recognized for his leadership in operations, team development, and growth strategy. He has held roles with major industry names like Wild Oats, Whole Foods, and Alfalfa’s Market, contributing to multi-state expansions, innovative fresh food offerings, and talent growth. After founding his own gourmet grocery, Blue Sky Market, he moved through key leadership roles, including Senior Director at Wild Oats, where he managed new store openings nationwide, and later COO roles at Alfalfa’s and Natural Markets Food Group. John also led operations for startups like Choice Markets and shifted briefly to cannabis retail as COO and interim CEO at Kaya, refining operations and reducing debt. Returning to his passion for natural foods, he joined Pinemelon Online Grocery in 2023 as COO, where he leads a 100-person team, has tripled sales, improved customer service, and developed an expansion playbook. John’s expertise, strategic foresight, and collaborative leadership style make him a valuable asset to any organization.
Gloria Kathan
Fulfillment Manager / CSO (Chief Sister Officer)
Preferring not to conform or subscribe to mainstream thoughts or narratives, Gloria is many things. She is an observant and analytical visionary, beloved Sister, Wife, and Mom of a brilliant Soul. After ten years in an unfulfilling government job that lacked integrity and ethics, Gloria was forced to re-evaluate her life and search for her true purpose.
Gloria has a cosmic connection to Harmonic Egg® since she is the younger sister to Gail Lynn, making her our CSO (Chief Sister Officer). lol! The choice to work with Gail as the Fulfillment Manager was a natural one as it perfectly aligns to her need to contribute to the well-being of humanity, on many levels…seen and unseen. She continues to grow and expand herself by working with Earth energies as an Earth Tender. Gloria is infinitely grateful for the opportunity to evolve with Harmonic Egg® as a humanitarian, while having a life rooted in being home with her family every day.
Angelika “Angel” Kyrah Bragas
Virtual Assistant / Digital Creator
Angel brings dedication and heart to Harmonic Egg®. Her professional journey began as a teacher in the Philippines, where she cultivated a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others. She later transitioned to becoming a Medical Virtual Assistant for U.S.- based doctors, handling patient intake, scheduling, insurance, and administrative tasks with precision and care. This path eventually led her to meet Gail Lynn and join Harmonic Egg®, a role she believes was pure fate.
Angel takes pride in her contributions to the Harmonic Egg® mission, finding fulfillment in knowing her work helps make the world a better place, even in small ways. She believes that even the smallest contributions can ripple out to create meaningful change in the world and strives to bring balance and harmony into her work and personal life—values deeply aligned with the principles of the Harmonic Egg®.
A devoted pet lover with seven cats and a dog, Angel also cherishes her love for traveling and nature. Working remotely allows her the freedom to balance her passions and profession, embracing a lifestyle rooted in purpose and joy.
