This healing track reflects my 10-year transformational journey living in India and Bali. Each temple experience began with Twa Meva, a depth-of-mind exercise, encouraging serious reflection on life. The mystical soundscapes of nature and water create an essential energy of balance. As the nervous system relaxes with the gentle sounds of Gaia, these mantras open the heart, starting a deep purification journey. The track flows from the gentle sounds of nature into the powerful Gayatri Mantra. Known as one of the oldest and most powerful Sanskrit mantras, the Gayatri Mantra invokes balance with Mother Earth and nature, promoting harmony in the body, mind, and spirit. It has also been shown to help with healing illnesses, including Covid. The track concludes with the Moola Mantra, which focuses on forgiveness, family healing, and programming. This mantra invokes empathy, compassion, unconditional love, and self-love.
