Each USB contains consciously created music, an image of the “album” cover, and a printable PDF of song notes to guide you in using the music at home. The music, composed by various musicians and co-created by Gail Lynn, is detailed in the notes, including the instruments, chakras, elements, tones, and color intentions. You can enhance your healing journey by wearing the colors or eating foods associated with each piece. The music can be used creatively as a healing background for your home, family, and pets. Each USB features a different number of tracks (see details below), and each song lasts around 40 minutes in full .wav format. We avoid MP3 files, as they compress the music, losing essential sonic information and distorting the original sound, which is not ideal for healing.
